I provide counseling for individuals and couples in Oregon. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for anxiety and OCD, focusing on assisting clients through relationship and sexual concerns as well as life transitions. **I offer a free and confidential 15 minute phone consultation for prospective clients.** -Approach- Facing difficult experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and stuck. Yet, these challenges often hold the key to profound growth, transformation, and self-discovery. I offer a safe, open, and stable therapeutic environment where you can explore and move through your concerns with the guidance of a neutral, experienced licensed professional counselor. I particularly enjoy working with creative and highly motivated individuals who strive to live a meaningful, authentic, and secure life. My passion is to help those seeking to discover greater empowerment, self-compassion, and connection. I aim to make therapy a collaborative space that highlights your strengths and embraces curiosity about the social and cultural context of your experiences. As a multiethnic therapist, I understand that identity can be nuanced and useful to explore within yourself and your relationships. I'm passionate about supporting clients through significant life transitions, whether they're undergoing a career change, relocating, adjusting to new life or relationship role, or closing one chapter to begin another. I also find fulfillment in helping clients explore the impact of religion or spirituality on their past and helping them to define what they want that relationship to look like moving forward. Lastly, I find value in exploring how past experiences with caretakers, family, friends, and romantic partners influence current relationships and one's sense of self. As an integrative psychotherapist, I personally tailor various evidence-based treatment modalities to fit the unique needs of each individual. I have training and clinical experience in Narrative Therapy, ERP, EFT, EMDR, Behavioral Therapy, Sex Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I’m here to help you process the past, explore present opportunities, and create a future that aligns with your values and aspirations. Whether you're looking to gain tools for distressing situations or you're wanting to better understand yourself and your relationships, I look forward to supporting you in living a life that feels meaningful and authentic. -Insurance and Fees- I accept cash pay and OHP (CareOregon). I can provide you with a template of questions to ask your insurance provider to learn about out-of-network reimbursement. I provide Superbills that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
